Kantipur Institute of Health Sciences & Kantipur Dental Hospital (Pokhara) was founded in 2004 (with the dental hospital in place since 1997) to advance dental education, public health awareness, and quality oral care in western Nepal . As the region’s first dental hygiene school paired with a full-service dental hospital, we are committed to “QUALITY ORAL HEALTH & EDUCATION”
What We Do:
We offer a range of technical and healthcare programs:
Certificate in Dental Science (Dental Hygiene)
Certificate in Diagnostic Radiography
Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology (CMLT)
Diploma in Pharmacy
Each is recognized by CTEVT and delivered at moderate fees; we also offer scholarships based on merit or need

KIHS began in 2004; our branches in Kathmandu include Kantipur Dental College Teaching Hospital & Research Center (est. 2007) and Kantipur General Hospital (100‑bed, multi-specialty, est. 2013)
In Pokhara, our dental hospital has been operating for more than two decades (since 1997).
