Fire And Ice first opened its doors in Kathmandu, Nepal in January of 1995. The Pizzeria and restaurant became an immediate success and a very popular destination for backpackers, mountaineers and local residents of Nepal alike. Fire And Ice then opened its doors in Kolkata, India in 2005 as well as opening a second branch in Kathmandu in 2023. To this day Fire And Ice remains to be the forerunner of Italian cuisine in Nepal and India.
