The Chartered Accountancy (CA) program is a professional certification course regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN). It is not a traditional university degree but a rigorous professional qualification. The program consists of three levels: CAP-I, CAP-II, and CAP-III (Final), and includes articleship (practical training) under a practicing CA. The curriculum covers advanced accounting, auditing, taxation, corporate law, and financial management. Upon completion and passing all levels, graduates qualify as Chartered Accountants, enabling them to work in auditing firms, corporate finance departments, taxation consultancies, or establish their own practice, representing the highest standard of professional accounting in Nepal.
