Bachelors in Computer Application

Bachelors in Computer Application. (BCA) is a four-year undergraduate degree programme that focusses on knowledge on the basics of computer application and software development. A BCA degree is considered to be at par with a B Tech/BE degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. The degree helps interested students in setting up a sound academic base for an advanced career in Computer Applications. The course of BCA includes database management systems, operating systems, software engineering, web technology and languages such as C, C++, HTML, Java etc.

Additional activities for BCA students at MEGA

  1. BCA students not only learn the prescribed syllabus they also should know the idea which is more syllable in the world of information and technology industry. Mega BCA first-semester students learn the basic concept of Office Automation and Hardware.
  2. In the Second Semester BCA students learn Programming, UI Design, and Version Control Concept.
  3. Likewise, in third and fourth semester students are involved in Python, mobile First approach, Django, Linux, and Cyber Security.
  4. In the same pace, in other remaining semesters students get engaged in CCNA/OCP preparation, Dot. Net technology, Xamarin, Laravel, Dart and Flutter, Angular, and React.
  5. In addition to technical courses, students also get involved in different projects that set an avenue for their further career.
