About Us
Namuna College of Fashion Technology (NCFT) holds the distinction of being Nepal's premier institution for fashion education. Founded with the vision to introduce academic rigor into the field of fashion, NCFT launched Nepal's first Bachelor of Fashion Design program in 2002. This groundbreaking three-year program, spread across six semesters, was affiliated with Purbanchal University. Building on its success, in 2016, the college introduced the Bachelor of Fashion Design and Management (BFDM) program, extending the curriculum to four years or eight semesters, once again in partnership with Purbanchal University.
Vision
Looking ahead, NCFT aims to expand its educational offerings to include programs for higher secondary and master's levels. The college also aspires to serve as a comprehensive resource and information hub for students, educators, and all participants in the fashion industry, further contributing to the development and enhancement of fashion education and practice.
